Everything goes through our hands, from the wheat, grown in the fields by Philippe, to making the wheat into flour, which takes place here at our mill, and the cooking of the bread in our wood oven. In these times of globalisation, we offer people the choice of forging ties with the land and farmers in the region. Through our "farm bread" we communicate a story, a skill, a way of farming and its region."
