"We've always grown chicory on the farm. We felt we wanted to offer something else and we created, along with the guest rooms, a range of farm products, including Jacqueline's homemade jams. She's daring enough to make original jams, such as "La Confiture de Madame", made with strawberries, and of course "La Confiture de Monsieur", made with peaches, limes and Grand Marnier. Her latest creations are "Beer jelly" and "Beer and fruit jam", in partnership with the Brasserie De Clerck in Péronne, a few kilometres from here."
