"We try to understand who we are by looking into the past. At first, I had to motivate the inhabitants so that they would participate in this great human adventure. Today we are more than 750 volunteers participating in the show. The show means being daring, being proud of your attachment to a region and proclaiming it. The most beautiful compliment that I have received, was when a spectator told me: "Now I am proud to be a Picard!"
