Claire lives in the middle of the vineyards, not a surprise, since she is a member of BARON-ALBERT family, wine-growers for generations. She inherited a know-how which she keeps quite secret. “Our father was an oenologist and he passed on his philosophy of high standards: the less one fiddles with wine, the better it is. But don’t go thinking that all you need to do is let it sit… ”. She will be pleased to show you around the cellars (dug with a pickaxe by her grandfather, her father and her uncles) that house hundreds of bottles. Subtle mixtures of vines and vintages to create unique flavours.

But… which one to choose? Do you like colour? Then here’s champagne that will charm you and arouse your taste buds: brut rosé champagne. This champagne is both tempting and mischievous, an astonishing assemblage of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. What is its secret? More than 10% of the wine was kept in oak barrels during its elaboration.
Other flavours can be discovered on site: the carte d’or brut (combining nobility and delicacy), the special brut vintage (perfect union of fruity flavour, freshness and spontaneity)…
