In June, the rose garden at the Royal Abbey of Chaalis is in full bloom and offers visitors a festival of colour and fragrance in a delicious harmony of tastefully combined shapes and styles. Rose Days provide a special opportunity to meet around one hundred exhibitors who propose their most beautiful plants and give their most pertinent advice.
And what exactly is there to see?
Take your pick: roses, hardy perennials, aromatic plants, floral art, table settings, perfumery (just smell those floral scents!). Are you lost in a labyrinth of flowers and want to know how to create a harmonious layout? Help is at hand! Professionals are ready to provide you with precious gardening advice. People from Picardy can be so nice!
Beautiful flowers are always pleasant, but is your garden somewhat listless? Here again, there's a way to add some pep: handcrafted products and outside decorations are yours for the asking. So now, you have no more excuses! Everything you need is there: both flowers and decoration! You're already half-way to success. And for the other half? That's up to you! Imagination and elbow grease will do the rest. Enjoy gardening!
