What's it all about? Art for everyone, concert-hikes in the forest, musical picnics, poetry... A meeting of two worlds: the world of forest guides and that of musicians.
The recipe for the Forest Festival is very simple: present "great music" in the forest or in the prestigious cultural heritage settings of the Picardy region (churches, manors and parks), where the audience arrives after a short hike through the forest of Compiègne, Laigue or Ourscamps. During the hike between two "musical snacks," comments and conversation are non-stop. Bruno Ory-Lavollée, your guide, will tell you all about the different types of trees and explain enthusiastically how a beautiful forest is the result of the work of generations of foresters...
